Takashi Murakami & his ‘EGO’
With a giant inflatable figure of himself, I think it’s fitting that Takashi Murakami’s new show at the Al Riwaq Exhibition Hall in Doha, Qataris is called ‘EGO’. The exhibition opened up yesterday. In his ‘go big or go home style’, he filled the 7,500 space with his trademark colorful pop culture anime figures and those over-the-top pieces that Murakami is well known for.
